These are the thoughts of a Highly Sensitive Person, Elder Millennial, former Gifted and Talented Kid, and veteran of Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Clinical Depression. All of those labels have some influence on the way I cope, or struggle to cope, with life and being a parent in the modern world. Otherwise, I'm a regular working mom who enjoys cooking, reading, playing word games, and adventuring when I get the chance. I live in Oregon with my husband, son, and pets.
